📌 They lack empathy. Can’t relate with how you feel, your pain, sadness, needs.
📌 Constantly gaslight you- make you doubt reality, what you saw, heard, flips the conversations against you and make you feel cr@zy for speaking the truth or expressing yourself.
📌 They lack accountability- Avoid conversation that require them to be accountable, honest, take responsibility and own up wrong.
📌 They are manipulative. Always shift the attention from what they did wrong to your reaction or your mistakes in the past.
📌 Pathological liars- They can cook up lies without stress.
📌 Create a false image of a good, generous, kind, jovial, friendly person to outsiders and strangers but a lion, wolf, cr , mean to their spouse, children, friends etc.
📌 They posses a grandiose sense of importance amd ego. Always feel better than everyone.
📌 Talks down on other people’s achievements especially when it’s something they can’t achieve.
📌 Weaponises silence to@undo their spouses, children AKA toxic silent treatment.
