Dear Noble Husbands, don't just be the man who provided the money for IVF. ❤️

Be the man who showed up.

IVF is not easy for your wife.

The injections, medications, hospital visits, hormonal changes, waiting, anxiety, emotions and all the “What if?” thoughts can be a lot to carry.

So please, be patient with her.
When her hormones are doing their thing and her mood changes, remember: she is not trying to stress you. 😂

Go with her to appointments when you can. Ask how she is feeling. Encourage her when she is tired. Hold her hand. Make her laugh. Pray with her.

And when the doctor says, “No alcohol, reduce this, avoid that, take your medication, and abstain for a while,” please don't behave as if the doctor has declared war on you. 😂

Take your own medications seriously too.
�Your role in the process matters.

Your wife shouldn't be the only one making sacrifices, keeping appointments, taking injections, following instructions and carrying the emotional weight while you simply wait for the result.

She needs to know that you are in this with her.

Because IVF isn't just about getting pregnant.

It's about two people working together, hoping, praying and doing everything they can to build their family.

So, Noble Husbands, be present. Be patient. Be supportive. Be her safe place.
Don't just provide the money for IVF.
Provide the support, the love and the reassurance she needs to get through it. ❤️

Yesterday was our antenatal day, and we were all so busy attending to our Noble mothers that we barely had time to come online. 🥹❤️
So today, we’re bringing you a little throwback while also creating awareness about our Wednesdays Antenatal. 🤰🏽

Antenatal at Noble is more than just a checkup. It includes regular pregnancy monitoring, medications when needed, health education, and practical guidance on preparing for your baby and caring for your little one after delivery.❤️

A little clarification: We also noticed some misunderstanding regarding our last post.
The lady who shared that she tested positive on April 11th is currently pregnant with twins and has chosen to remain anonymous. The photo of our nurses holding twins was only an illustrative photo to celebrate her testimony. The babies in the picture are not hers.

Another positive blood tests, another beautiful reminder that the journey can be worth it. ✨

But tonight, let’s talk about something we don’t always talk about "the IVF journey itself."

IVF is not easy.

It can be physically demanding, emotionally draining, and sometimes financially stressful. There are appointments, injections, medications, tests, waiting, hoping, and praying.

And through it all, you’re expected to carry on with your everyday life.

So, if you’re planning to start IVF, prepare yourself mentally and emotionally.

Give yourself permission to slow down and take care of YOU.

If possible, consider taking some time away from the usual pressure of work and everyday responsibilities while going through the process.
Your peace of mind matters too.

And to everyone currently on this journey:

be gentle with yourself.
