Our National Director: He would
1.Lead nationwide program planning, integration, and ex*****on; ensure consistent approaches while adapting to Nigeria's diverse cultural, regional, and socioeconomic contexts; harmonize efforts across regional Project Managers to eliminate duplication and optimize resources (e.g., coordinating multi-regional campaigns on mental hygiene or conflict resolution).
2. Program Design & Implementation: Develop and roll out scalable national initiatives, including seminars, workshops, and online counseling platforms; identify service gaps in underserved areas (rural communities, conflict zones) and implement evidence-based solutions to promote psychological well-being and reduce stigma.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage national partnerships with government entities (e.g., Federal Ministry of Health), international NGOs, health institutions, and researchers; secure joint funding, collaborative research, and policy advocacy to mainstream mental health.
4. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting: Collaborate with the M&E Officer to track key metrics (reach, outcomes, feedback); produce national reports and recommend data-driven adjustments to improve program effectiveness.
5. Resource Management & Capacity Building: Allocate budgets, personnel, and materials equitably across regions; lead training for staff and volunteers in ethical counseling, evaluation, and innovative delivery.
6. Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to legal, ethical, and data protection standards (e.g., Nigeria Data Protection Act); mitigate risks related to overlaps, cultural sensitivities, or funding challenges while upholding inclusivity.
