"WHEN IT COMES TO YOUR HEALTH & YOUR HEALTHCARE GIVER, DONβT BE SECRETIVE"
What you hide can be what is destroying you quietly.
That βsmall detailβ you feel is not importantβ¦
may actually be the exact clue your healthcare provider needs to help you properly.
Many people are still suffering today because they said: βI was shyβ¦β
βI didnβt think it matteredβ¦β
βI didnβt want to talk about itβ¦β
But in healthcare, silence can delay healing.
Your doctor or healthcare provider is not there to judge you.
They are there to understand your body well enough to help you.
So next time you visit a healthcare provider, remember:
Say everything. Hide nothing. Your life may depend on it.

Let me share a real case that happened in our office.
Two ladies brought their mum to our center to get medication.
According to a lab test done the previous month, their mother had liver enlargement and was not passing stool as she used to.
She also had a very hard, painful area stretching from under one side of her breastbone to the other. The pain was so much she could barely stand.
They were given medicine for bowel movement, liver support, and general body weakness.
About a month later, they returned.
The good news was that their mum could now pass stool againβ¦
but the hard mass under her chest area had not improved.
When they brought the test report this time, I looked at it carefully...
That was when I discovered something more serious. The test report showed that the liver enlargement and hardened area were due to cancer that had already spread.
I asked them directly if their mother had ever had cancer.
They looked at each other, spoke briefly in their dialect, then turned back and said:
βYes.β
Their mother, a woman in her 60s, had undergone uterine cancer surgery in October 2025 the previous year, to remove her womb.
What they did not know was that the cancer had already spread to her liver before or after the surgery.
I was honestly surprised that this important medical history was intentionally hidden.
At that point, I explained the situation clearly and discussed further cancer treatment options, including referral for advanced care.
However, their mum declined chemotherapy due to her previous experiences and the side effects she had before her surgery. Infact, their mum still recovering from the chemo she did last year.

So what I'm I trying to say here?
Whether you are seeing a medical doctor, an alternative healthcare practitioner like us, a therapist, or any health worker β always be open about your full medical history.
Especially when treatment or medication is involved.
We need the full picture to help you correctly and safely.
Donβt hide anything.
The right diagnosis + the right information is = to the right treatment.
And that can make all the difference in your recovery.
