STOP IGNORING FOAMY URINE.
Have you ever looked inside the toilet after urinating and noticed that your urine is unusually foamy or bubbly?
Sometimes, it can happen simply because you’re urinating with force, you’re dehydrated, or there are other harmless reasons.
But if the foaming is persistent, happens frequently, or is getting worse, please don’t just ignore it.
One possible reason is protein in the urine.
Your kidneys normally filter your blood while keeping important proteins in your body. When the kidneys are damaged, protein can sometimes leak into the urine.
And this can happen with conditions like diabetes and high blood pressure, which are major causes of kidney disease.
So, if you’ve been noticing persistent foamy urine, don’t start taking medication on your own.
Get it checked. A simple urine test and other kidney tests can help determine what’s going on.
Don’t wait for symptoms before you pay attention to them. ❤️
