Night shift started quietly… calm enough to make me think, “Maybe tonight go soft.”

Drugs given. Vitals checked. Charts updated. The ward was peaceful.

Then 2am happened.

A sharp scream broke the silence. Patient in pain. Relative panicking. My first night shift, but no time to freeze.

Assess. Reassure. Call the doctor. Stay calm.

The whole ward woke up, and sleep no gree anybody again.

Morning came with long handover, heavy body, burning eyes… and somehow, life still had to continue.

Night shift will humble you.
It will stretch you.
But it will also remind you—

While the world sleeps, some hands stay working.
Some hearts stay alert.
Some people carry fear, pressure, and pain… and still show up.

We celebrate the hands behind our care 🤍

Good morning everyone 😊

Today is my birthday, and I’m truly grateful for life, growth, good health, and the opportunity to keep impacting lives through this platform.
As we celebrate today, I also want to remind everyone that health is one of the greatest gifts we often overlook until problems arise. Taking care of your health today can prevent many complications tomorrow.

A few simple but important health reminders: • Drink enough water daily. • Eat balanced meals and reduce excessive junk food. • Get adequate rest and sleep. • Exercise regularly, even if it’s just walking. • Maintain good personal hygiene. • Avoid self-medication. • Take care of your mental health and reduce unnecessary stress. • Go for medical checkups when necessary.

Good health improves concentration, energy, productivity, mood, and overall quality of life. Your body carries you through every dream and responsibility, so take care of it.

Thank you all for being part of this community and for supporting Daily Health Facts. Wishing us all long life, sound health, peace, and success.

Happy Birthday to me 🎉🎂✨

Having big bum bum is beautiful…
Until your knees start sending petitions.

At first, you are enjoying it.

Every photos — you must turn side view.
Because everyone compliments you.

The attention is also massive.

Yansh dey shake.
Life dey sweet.

Then one day…

You climb stairs.

Knee says:
“Madam, we need to talk.”

You sit down — pain.
You stand up — sound effects.

kro kro kro

Now the same bum bum you were protecting…
you’re looking at it like:

“Shey this thing no even dey reduce?”
OR
“How I wish this thing can disappear.”

Because beauty is one thing.

But when your knees begins to
carry the load meant for at least 10 of my followers…
..discussion must happen.

To bend down to sweep…
you keep falling down — because something is pushing you from behind.

You squat to poop…
you thighs are calling for emergency.

You turn in bed…
bedspread tear.

You lie down in one place for long...
now there's a big hole in the mattress...
..it will not rise until tomorrow.

Then you whisper:

“But God, this thing is too much now.”

That’s when reality enters.

Big bum bum is sweet
until the joints start paying for the maintenance.

And knee pain has no respect for shape.
It will humble everybody.

So yes…

Enjoy the beauty.
But please…

Let your muscles be strong.
Let your weight be sensible.
Let your knees not suffer because of what Instagram is celebrating.

Because when arthritis starts…
Even bum bum can become burden.

And that’s when you'll begins to ask:

“Can I donate small for science experiment?” 😄

That would not be your case — but act now.
