The first thing is that you must have a reputation of being a person of integrity. Your word is your bond on monetary matters. You will lose money to maintain a good name in your service or product delivery.

The second thing is to demonstrate a high level of skill in what you do. Let your love for humanity be evident in the quality of work you render unto others. Study, study, and study to acquire relevant knowledge in your field.

The third is your personality. People like to work with people they like. Avoid association with toxic people who gossip, back-bite, murmur, and complain.
