Come join us in our mission to hold space for health and wellness in San Juan del Sur. We can help you find your Zen by offering daily yoga classes, private yoga sessions, and workshops, and also massages, and body treatments. We also share our space with Vibe Cafe - a locally sourced healthy restaurant and smoothie bar - to help fully immerse you into a healthy and relaxing experience. We offer a

variety of daily yoga classes with experienced instructors, including Vinyasa Flow, Chill Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Power Yoga. How to find us:
Go to Central Park with the orange Church, if you are looking away from the church, you will see Buddha's Garden and Zen Yoga on the corner to the left, directly opposite to the park. If you see Mauricio's Pizzeria, we are directly across the street from the pizzeria :)

The San Juan community showed up in a big way for our “Class for a Cause” ❤️
Thank you to everyone who attended, donated, and supported this special event. Special thanks to Madi for offering and leading this amazing class Because of your generosity, all donations will go directly to three families affected by the recent storm. Together, we are making a difference and helping our neighbors during a challenging time.
We are grateful to be part of such a caring and compassionate community. 🙏
