You asked, we listened ❤️‍🔥 Kuuma is introducing Women-only & Silence sessions. One of the questions we got in our end-of-year survey was: “Maybe there could be women-only hours?” All right! Let’s do it!

Women-only sessions are a space to come alone or with friends and enjoy the sauna surrounded by women. And for those moments when you really want to switch off: Silence sessions. No chatting, no small talk. Just heat, fresh air and a moment to reconnect with yourself.

A little sneak peek from our workshop. While we’re getting ready for another sauna season, we asked Michael a few questions.

Looking forward to? The beach saunas, the sea, the events where we actually get to meet the people who come to our saunas.

How would you describe Kuuma? A reset. A small pause in a hectic life. A place where everyone is equal - you can sit in silence or strike up a conversation with a complete stranger. Both are completely fine. Both happen all the time.

What makes you most proud? The winter months. People tell us the sauna has become part of their week. Their sport, their recovery, their mental health. 1 + 1 = 3.

Something we don’t know? People meet at Kuuma and make plans to see each other again the following week. Friendships start at Kuuma. There are even relationships that started in the sauna. We’re always careful with sharing contact details - but when people ask us to connect them, we do. With care.
