"Munib is an amazing surgeon. No question about it.
He’s very meticulous and achieves close to 100% yield in all cases. I think most of the elite surgeons are able to reach that as well, but he seems to be the most consistent.
He outlines the area he wants to implant into very precisely and doesn’t usually put a ton of extra grafts into areas with existing hair. If you look at his crowns, he’ll often outline a very irregular looking pattern rather than a generic circle. This allows him to minimize the graft count used.
Or if the patient has a forelock, he’ll usually avoid implanting a lot of grafts into the forelock and just focus on the temples. Many doctors will place a ton of grafts into an existing forelock when it’s probably not needed.
His angles are also done in such a way that allows the hair to layer better when grown longer. This reinforces the illusion of density.
Last but not least, he’s set the standard for how to present results. High quality, high resolution photos. Showcasing the hairline. No hiding. There’s no reason every surgeon can’t present results in the same way."
