Perfect moment to recenter, rebalance, and shift my focus ✨

2026 didn’t exactly start easy — first the flu, then a skin allergy (still no clue what’s causing it), and a hand injury I’m still recovering from.

But being in the Azores, surrounded by raw ocean, wild nature, and pure energy… it feels like exactly where I need to be.
Healing, resetting, and slowly getting stronger again.
Thankful for this beautiful holiday 🙏🏼

From today I’m back teaching my full teaching schedule.

The summer holidays have started. The Netherlands has been blessed with many sunny days until now. Life is so much better when the sun is shining. If you’re spending the summer at home, you’re warmly invited to join me for weekly classes at The Yoga Loft in Breda and YG Studios in Rotterdam. I truly enjoy teaching during the summer months—there’s a relaxed, easygoing energy in the city. Each day feels a bit like the weekend: lighter traffic, a slower pace, and fewer people rushing from place to place.

It’s been a while since my last newsletter, and a lot has been happening behind the scenes! I’m excited to share that new dates for upcoming teacher trainings are now available.
