🌿✨ This summer I’ll be sharing one of my greatest joys — the magic that happens when movement meets connection — at the Nordic Acroyoga Festival in Sweden! 🇸🇪💫

From July 16–20, we’ll gather at the beautiful Mundekulla Retreatcenter for five days of AcroYoga, community, playfulness and deep rest in nature. I’ll be teaching Thai Yoga Massage workshops and soaking in the good vibes with a whole crew of inspiring humans. 🌞🧘‍♀️🤸‍♂️

Spring has arrived — and for me, it kicked off with a heart-opening journey full of connection, movement, and touch.

For those who don’t know me yet: I’m a passionate Thai Yoga Massage (TYM) and AcroYoga practitioner and teacher. While I don’t offer one-on-one paid sessions, I do love guiding people in hands-on, heart-centered workshops where we explore the art of conscious touch together, and I transfer the knowledge on to you. ✨
