Lower back stretches!

Here are some stretches to release lower back pain.

On the mat I use a blend of Dynamic Thai Yoga massage, Classic Thai Massage, Wuo Tai, and Shiatsu.

Massage & natuur: Ultieme ontspanning in mijn loft én in het bos 🌿

Mijn studio loft ligt op een unieke plek, op de Veluwe, in een rustige buurt en aan het eind van mijn straat begint een eindeloos bos – perfect om je massage te combineren met een ontspannende wandeling.

Binnenkort kun je naast mijn studio ook genieten van massages midden in de natuur!

Komend jaar huur ik een stuk bos in de buurt als extra optie voor wie écht volledig wil opgaan in rust en natuur.

Stel je voor – omringd door bomen, de geur van mos, het geluid van fluitende vogels, (en een wolf 😅) 🌲✨🐺

Elke massage stem ik af op jouw behoeften.

Op de tafel werk ik met sportmassage, deep tissue en Lomi Lomi; op de mat combineer ik Shiatsu en Thaise massage.

Wil je nóg dieper ontspannen? Dan brengen klankschalen je in een meditatieve staat.

Ook op de werkplek ben ik beschikbaar! Met stoelmassages help ik medewerkers ontspannen, herstellen en productiever werken.
