🧘🏼‍♂️🙏🏼🧘🏼‍♀️ Zaterdag a.s start het nieuwe Zen seizoen! Van 10:30-11:30 is er een proefles Zen meditatie. Ook op 2 & 16 September zijn er proeflessen. Volgende week starten ook de doorgaande groepen weer op maandagavond en donderdagavond. De introductiecursus start vanaf dinsdag 23 september.
