With Breath, With Movement, With Grace Fourteen years of breath,
of movement shaped by intention,
of voices rising in mantra,
of stillness settling like light.
A journey of opening —
not the body alone,
but the mind,
the heart,
the quiet space within.
To everyone who breathed beside me,
who moved with me,
who sang with me,
who sat with me in silence —
thank you.
For the presence,
the courage,
the shared humanity.
Here’s to the next chapter —
to softer hearts,
steadier breath,
and the mat that always welcomes us 14 years ago — in 2011 — I completed my first yoga teacher training and my first massage course.
I had no idea that this step would open my entire life.
Since then, I’ve had the gift of breathing, moving, chanting, and meditating in so many places —
and of sharing this path with incredible students, teachers, travelers, and souls who have shaped my journey.
Yoga has taught me that it’s never about the perfect pose.
As Baron Baptiste says:
“There is no perfect pose. Yoga is getting to know yourself better.”
And that has been the heart of my path:
Not striving for perfection, but for awareness.
Not just flexibility in the body, but flexibility in the mind, the heart, and the spirit.
Every breath, every movement, every mantra, every moment of stillness, every massage —
they’ve all helped me understand myself, others, and life more deeply.
And I’m deeply grateful for everyone who walked even a small part of this road with me.
🙏 Thank you to everyone who has breathed with me, moved with me, chanted with me, meditated with me, learned with me, and shared this beautiful practice.
Thank you for 14 years of connection and growth.
Thank you for being part of this journey.
I look back with so much love — and forward with even more softness, openness, and trust.
