🚨 Stop stretching your hip flexors. What if your body isn’t tight… but stuck in survival mode?
Chronic stress, trauma, and emotional overload can keep your psoas muscle in a constant state of tension. The issue may not be mobility, it may be your nervous system.
Try this nervous system reset
✅ Place a peanut ball on the inside of your hip and lie on it for 1 minute
✅ Breathe deeply into your belly and allow your body to relax
✅ Follow with 10 mini cobras
✅ Finish with 10 leg lifts
The psoas is closely connected to the diaphragm, which plays an important role in regulating your nervous system and stress response.
If you notice an emotional response, restlessness, or resistance during this exercise, it may be a sign that your nervous system is carrying more stress than you realize.
Try it for yourself and let us know what you experience.
