Final Week of the Glow Summer Challenge ✨

We’ve arrived at the final week of our Summer Challenge, and what a beautiful journey it’s been so far. 💛

As we move into this final week, we invite you to stay curious. What have you discovered along the way? Perhaps you’ve found a new favourite class, connected with a different teacher, or simply created more space for yourself.

Your final chance to collect challenge stamps, attend Golden Ticket Classes, and complete your challenge card! ✨

📌 REMINDERS
✔️ Don’t forget to get your card stamped after every class. Your stamp card is kept at reception, and only stamped classes count towards the challenge.

🎁 SUMMER CHALLENGE GIVEAWAY
Completed stamp card before 22 June will be entered into our prize draw. All completed cards will be placed in a jar, and our winners will be selected at random.

One of my favourite things about summer is being by the sea. ☀️🌊

So this year, for International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice, I’d love to celebrate together with a special morning at the beach.

We’ll move, breathe, connect on the sand and then gather for brunch at .13 overlooking the sea.

Zondag 21 Juni: Glow Beach & Brunch | Summer Solstice Celebration

Sun, Sea, Savasana & Brunch at Noosa Zandvoort Vier samen met ons de langste dag van het jaar én International Yoga Day tijdens een heerlijke strand yoga ochtend aan zee. Op zondag 21 juni beginnen we de dag met een energieke en verbindende strand yogales op het strand van Zandvoort. Met het geluid van de golven op de achtergrond, het zand onder je voeten en de frisse zeelucht om je heen, nemen we de tijd om te bewegen, te ademen en de start van de zomer te vieren....

Well done for showing up, rolling out your mat, and making time for yourself this last week.

This challenge is all about exploration. Maybe you’ve already stepped into a class you’ve never tried before, practised with a new teacher, or discovered a style of yoga that surprised you. Sometimes the most beautiful discoveries happen just outside our comfort zone.
