Sometimes the feeling of being “stuck” is not really about career.

Sometimes it’s exhaustion.
Burnout.
Overthinking.
Or simply feeling disconnected from yourself for too long.

On May 30th in Amsterdam, together with my dear friend Lara (career coach), we’ll be holding:

The Power of Her — A Journey to Purpose & Direction

A small guided experience for women navigating transitions, questioning direction, longing for more clarity, creative renewal, or a deeper connection with themselves.

This is not a traditional networking or career workshop.

We’ll be working through reflection, embodiment, nervous system awareness, altered states of consciousness, and deeper inner listening.

✨ Because we still have a few spaces available, we’ve decided to open a small number of reduced community tickets for women who feel genuinely called to join.

There is something many people don’t realize…

What happens
when children are not separated
from spaces of healing and presence.

They don’t just observe.
They receive.

Through the body.
Through rhythm.
Through being there.

When we stop separating worlds,
something begins to reorganize.

Not only in us —
but in them.

come together —
not to divide attention,
but to share a field.

For those who feel called,

Birth is more than just a physical event—it’s a sacred rite of passage, a journey that can shape us emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

Recently, I witnessed how unpreparedness can affect this journey. This couple wasn’t my clients; I was supporting them unexpectedly during labor, and it surprised me to see how lost they were in the process. The father looked overwhelmed, the mother was desperate for relief, and they didn’t know their options.

For me, as a doula, this was a powerful reminder: there are so many couples out there who feel this way. Fortunately, the families who seek out a doula are already one step ahead—they are looking for knowledge, support, and a more conscious experience. But there are many more who feel completely unprepared, and it’s clear we need to reach them, too.

This is why I believe so deeply in sharing this message. It’s not just for birth workers—it’s for mothers, fathers, and communities. We all have a role in creating awareness about the importance of preparation, education, and support in pregnancy and birth.

Birth is your story, your journey, your rite of passage. Take the time to prepare, to educate yourself, and to trust your instincts. This is your baby, your body, your story—and you deserve to write it your way. 💛✨

This birth was incredibly special—it was my first time supporting a family without the presence of a midwife, and the experience was pure magic. The room was filled with love, strength, and so much oxytocin, making it one of the most beautiful transformations I’ve ever witnessed. 🌿

Every birth is sacred, and I feel honored to hold space for moments like these, where families step into new beginnings with love and grace.

'When a child is born, the entire Universe has to shift and make room.'

Thank you to my lovely for capturing this magical moment, and to my incredible client for allowing me the opportunity to be part of this beautiful story.

What does it really mean to fully embrace who we are?

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how much we hear about “letting go” and “releasing.” But the more I’ve worked with embodiment, the more I realize that true freedom isn’t about pushing anything away. It’s about embracing every part of ourselves—even the parts that feel heavy or uncomfortable.

Embodiment, to me, is about acceptance. It’s the practice of honoring every sensation, every emotion, and every experience, no matter how messy or imperfect it might feel. And it’s in this acceptance that transformation happens. ✨

The body has its own wisdom, and when we stop trying to control it, we open ourselves up to profound healing and growth.

Embodiment is a practice we can tap into at any moment in our lives—from conception, through pregnancy, and into postpartum. As women, our bodies hold incredible wisdom. Whether you're embracing this through motherhood or in other phases of life, the power of embodiment allows us to honor every phase.
