Back in Marrakech 🇲🇦

After a wonderful summer, I’m back in Marrakech. And although things may have been a little quiet here, a lot has been happening behind the scenes…

Those who know me know how much I love interiors and beautiful materials. Always searching for those special pieces that give an interior that little something extra.

And when I can’t find exactly what I have in mind?

I create it myself.

Just like the cushions in these photos. Searching for fabrics, combining colours, working out the details… until everything feels just right.

Over the past few months, I’ve been preparing so much behind the scenes, and I can’t wait to share more with you very soon. ✨

But first: I’m back in Marrakech, and from now on I’m available for appointments.

Even though I'm not in Marrakech this summer, there's a lot happening behind the scenes. I'm having wonderful conversations with future clients, working on beautiful design concepts, and preparing for the homes I'll be styling from September, in shaa Allah. I can't wait to bring these projects to life. 🤍 🇬🇧

Hoewel ik deze zomer niet in Marrakech ben, ben ik achter de schermen volop bezig. Mooie gesprekken met toekomstige klanten, plannen uitwerken en me voorbereiden op de woningen die ik vanaf september, in shaa Allah, mag gaan inrichten. Ik kijk er enorm naar uit. 🤍 🇱🇺

MY BIGGEST INTERIOR ERROR IN MOROCCO ... THE CURTAINS! 🫣

In some of the most beautiful homes, I regularly see curtains that are too short (biggest error), poorly pleated, or made from fabrics that fail to bring the softness and elegance a space deserves.

Yet curtains play such an important role. They determine how natural light enters a room, how much warmth and softness a space feels, and ultimately how luxurious an interior appears.

That’s why I work with skilled craftsmen who create beautiful custom-made curtains. Because in the end... everybody has a house, but not everybody has a home 🤍

Something beautiful is taking shape… 🤍

Today marks the start of our summer holidays in Marrakech. Over the next two months, I'll be using this time to put the finishing touches on everything happening behind the scenes, refining ideas, building connections, sourcing beautiful materials and preparing every detail with care in shaa Allah.

So that by September I will be ready to turn houses into homes

This summer, I'll be sharing the places, textures and interiors that inspire me.

A new chapter is slowly coming to life, and I can't wait to share more with you soon in shaa Allah

Every day, we're surrounded by noise, expectations and endless stimulation. That's why the spaces we come home to matter more than ever.

For me, interior styling isn't just about creating a beautiful home. It's about creating a feeling.
A bedroom, for example, should be more than a place to sleep. It should be a space that allows you to exhale. A space that feels safe, calm and completely yours.

The kind of room that makes you appreciate luxury hotels, yet still leaves you longing for your own bed at the end of the day.

The bedroom in this post is a beautiful example. I searched for the right fabric to complement the bed and the feeling I wanted to create, and eventually designed the cushions myself.

Because sometimes it's those thoughtful details that transform a house into a home.

True comfort isn't about luxury. It's about creating a space that feels like home.
