What a day at the gym sounds like 🎧🎶

Wildhearts is about more than the workout on the board.

It’s about how we show up: training with purpose, supporting the people around us, staying humble and being willing to embrace the challenge.

Different backgrounds. Different goals. Different levels. One shared mindset.

This is our ethos. This is Wildhearts.

Train hard. Stay humble. Go wild. 🖤

What if you’re not fit enough? What if you can’t do every exercise? What if everyone else is better than you?

These are completely normal questions when you’re thinking about joining a new gym.

But you don’t need experience, perfect technique or a certain level of fitness to start at Wildhearts. Our coaches will help you find the right movements, weights and intensity for you.

You just have to take the first step.

Book your first class through the link in our bio.

Wildhearts Club Games 2026 🏆

Good vibes, big efforts, and an even better community.

A day filled with teamwork, sweaty high-fives, and people pushing each other to give their best. 🖤

Huge shoutout to everyone who competed, cheered, judged, and made this day happen.

It’s the people, the energy, the shared struggles, the high fives, and all the moments in between that make us Wildhearts 🖤🤍

Good nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated.

Before worrying about supplements, meal timing or the latest diet, focus on the basics:

Eat enough protein, use carbohydrates to fuel your training, include different fruits and vegetables and stay hydrated.

You don’t need to eat perfectly. A balanced approach you can maintain will usually bring you much further than following strict rules for a few weeks.

Need more personal guidance? Ask us about our nutrition coaching.

Set an example for your surroundings and share the results together 🫶🏻

WOD, Build + Grind and HYROX all challenge you in a different way.

Which class is right for you depends on your goals, experience and—just as importantly—what you enjoy doing.

You can focus on one type of class or combine them throughout the week for a balance of strength and conditioning.

Still unsure where to start? Send us a message and we’ll help you choose.
