You don't keep falling back into the binges because you are weak. You don't need more willpower. It isn't a self-control problem.
It's a subconscious pattern...and it needs rewiring for any successful weight loss to happen.
I find nothing more rewarding than supporting women to find freedom from food noise, food guilt and food shame. The weight loss that happens is the bonus.
