Very useful to know - during the night spine has to be as straight as possible! Use pillows to support your body and sleep on a not very soft/fluffy mattress

The day has finally arrived! Hatha Yoga for Teachers and Practioner is available online for sale. As an introductory offer you can purchase the Kindle book for only £2.27. You can also purchase the print book for £13.67.

Please note that kindle books are very limited with design, as they need to adjust to different screen sizes. So the e-book is much less aesthetic then the printed version, the benefit on the other side is that you can simply save it on your phone and tablet and do not need to carry the book around.

My yoga stays with me, always and anywhere - Yin and Hatha are my tools to feel good, stay in shape and be aware of anything around and inside.
