Trauma doesn't always need to be healed through long-term therapy or with a lot of words. Sometimes silence, resonance, and frequency are exactly what you need to remember what it feels like to be at home within yourself.
The energy is so special right now. It seems like the hard work of breaking patterns is no longer necessary. The sincere intention to resonate with who you truly are, the right frequencies, and surrender is enough.
The messages I receive are proof of this for me. Like this one from a lovely woman who lives nearby and experienced the fires up close:
Hey Kirsten, just to share with you. Since I've been with you in the Harmonic Egg, I haven't had any flashbacks or nightmares, and I'm sleeping well again! We even went to Sortelha yesterday, where a huge fire actually raged, and it was still very visible. I could look at it and see how intense it must have been, but it didn't bother me.
So wonderful. I'm truly incredibly grateful!!
