I do not know exactly where this road is leading.
At home, I am learning to live with questions that do not have clear answers.
In my work, I am also stepping into a new chapter without knowing every detail in advance.

And surprisingly, there is freedom in admitting that.
I do not need the entire map.
I only need enough light for the next step.

A flower does not need to understand the whole season before it opens. It simply responds to the light, the rain and the moment that is here. 🌸

That is how I want to grow too.
One step.
One conversation.
One beautifully scented moment at a time.

I once thought love had to be strong.
Strong enough to protect.
Strong enough to solve.
Strong enough to keep everything together.

But life is showing me another kind of love.
A softer love.
A slower love.
A love with more patience and fewer expectations.

This softness is changing the way I live and the way I work.
In Aroma Flower Healing, I want to offer experiences that do not ask you to become “better” or “more”. They invite you to meet yourself with tenderness, exactly as you are.

Sometimes there is a question.
Sometimes there is an answer.
And sometimes there is only silence.

I am learning not to fill every silence.
Some moments need patience.
Some feelings need room.
Some answers arrive in their own time.

This is one of the reasons my work is deepening.
I want to create gatherings where people do not have to compete for space or search for perfect words. A talking circle, a meaningful object passed from hand to hand, a scent that grounds us and the freedom to speak only when we are ready.

Because listening is also healing.
And silence can carry its own wisdom.

It is easy to focus on what is changing.
The routines that disappear.
The words that do not always come.
The plans that suddenly feel uncertain.

But today I noticed something else.
The sun was warm.
The plants needed new soil.
Fresh herbs released their fragrance beneath my fingers.
Dinner was made with love.

𝘼𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙬𝙖𝙨: 𝙖 𝙨𝙢𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙥𝙤𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙘.

This is what aroma and flower healing means to me. Not escaping reality, but finding a doorway back into the present through scent, colour, touch and nature.

𝗖𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗖𝗔𝗡 𝗕𝗘 𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬 𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗘𝗧🌼

Courage is not always a big leap.
Sometimes courage is making a restaurant reservation when staying home feels safer.
Sometimes it is stepping into a new environment without knowing how the moment will unfold.

𝘚𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘭𝘺 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨: “𝘓𝘦𝘵 𝘶𝘴 𝘵𝘳𝘺.” 🌹

Life is teaching me to be carefully courageous. Not to push, not to pretend, but to keep choosing small openings towards joy.

I used to think that love meant finding answers.
Now I am learning that love can also mean sitting beside the unanswered questions.

Staying close.
Preparing a meal.
Offering a hand.
Waiting patiently for someone to return to the moment.

This lesson is finding its way into my work too.
During my workshops and gatherings, I do not want to give people another list of things they “should” do. I want to create a warm and safe space where nothing needs to be solved immediately.

Sometimes a scent opens a memory.
Sometimes a flower softens the heart.
Sometimes being truly heard is enough.

𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗘 𝗜𝗦 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔 𝗡𝗘𝗪 𝗥𝗛𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗠🌿

The days are beginning to move differently.
Some routines quietly disappear.
Plans become invitations rather than certainties.
And I am learning to listen more closely to what each day needs.

At home, life asks me to slow down, stay present and appreciate the moments that are still here: hands in the soil, the scent of fresh herbs, sunlight on my face and sharing a meal together.

This changing rhythm is also shaping my work.
Aroma Flower Healing is becoming less about “doing” and more about creating space. A space where you can breathe, feel, share and gently return to yourself.

Perhaps change does not always arrive to take something away.
Perhaps it also opens a door to something softer, deeper and more meaningful. ✨

Summer in the Algarve can be beautiful.... and full:

Sometimes, in the middle of all that sunshine and movement, your body simply wants a pause.
