Siobhan had her knee replaced in March. By June, she was back in the sea.
She lives near Lahinch. Swimming in the Atlantic was something she'd done her whole life β until her knee made it impossible. Getting in and out of the water, the uneven stones, the cold. All of it became too much.
She'd been on the Irish waiting list for 14 months with no clear end date.
Her son found us, she came to Amsterdam, the surgery took 90 minutes. She was walking the hospital corridor the next morning.
If you're waiting and wondering whether to look at other options β we're worth a call.
