Sometimes the pose isn't about strength... it's about trust.
In Eka Pada Koundinyasana, everything seems to move in opposite directions. One leg reaches back, the other extends forward, your arms support you, and your mind wants to stay calm in the middle of it all.
This pose reminds me that balance isn't found by holding on tighter. It appears when we learn to trust the process, stay focused, and move with intention.
Not every attempt leads to flight. But every attempt teaches something.
✨ Progress isn't always about getting into the pose. ✨ Sometimes it's about becoming the person who keeps showing up.
Eka Pada Koundinyasana – a practice of strength, focus, patience, and trust.
