POV: You unlocked a new achievement…vet debts

Wah my poor girl bless her. This is when zoomies go horribly wrong. One minute living her best life and the next down to three legs with one very painful. She’s being so so brave and fortunately we are on holiday at home so she’s got 100% 24hr support. We have the consultation on Tuesday to see what options she has and then she will have surgery. Good vibes sent her way pls on Tuesday. She’s on pain meds, self selection of oils etc if she chooses and lots of snuggles.

Mutual therapy. 💚🐴

People often ask who’s helping who…

The truth? I don’t actually know anymore. 😅

A little sniff of an essential oil, a few moments of groundwork, some lunging (we’re both learning!), a few quiet cuddles, a roll in the sand, and just… being together.

These moments aren’t about perfection or performance. They’re about building trust, creating routine and giving both nervous systems a chance to slow down.

I’ve started introducing essential oils as part of our time together. Not because they “fix” anything, but because scent can become a familiar, calming part of a shared routine. Whether it’s a person taking a deep breath before a treatment, or a horse choosing to investigate an aroma in their own time, it’s another gentle way to encourage relaxation and connection.

Some days Chivas teaches me patience.
Some days I help him find confidence.
Most days… we meet somewhere in the middle.

Healing doesn’t always happen on a therapy couch.
Sometimes it happens with muddy boots, horse hair on your clothes, and a one-eyed horse who reminds you to stay present. 🤎

Today I’m celebrating a little milestone that means a lot to me. 💚

I’ve officially completed my dōTERRA Europe Essential Oils Specialist – Fundamentals of Wellness certification. 🎉

For me, this isn’t about collecting certificates. It’s about continuing to learn, grow and deepen my understanding so I can support my clients with confidence, care and integrity.

The more I study, the more I realise there’s always something new to discover. Whether it’s massage, reflexology, frequency work or essential oils, I truly believe we should never stop learning.

I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me to be part of their wellness journey. Your support inspires me to keep growing every single day.

Vandaag vier ik een mooi persoonlijk mijlpaaltje. 💚

Ik heb officieel mijn certificering dōTERRA Europe Essential Oils Specialist – Fundamentals of Wellness behaald. 🎉

Voor mij gaat het niet om het verzamelen van certificaten. Het gaat om blijven leren, mezelf blijven ontwikkelen en mijn kennis verdiepen, zodat ik mijn cliënten met vertrouwen, zorg en aandacht kan begeleiden.

Hoe meer ik leer, hoe meer ik ontdek dat er altijd iets nieuws te ontdekken valt. Of het nu gaat om massage, reflexologie, frequentiewerk of essentiële oliën – ik geloof dat je nooit uitgeleerd bent.

Ik ben ontzettend dankbaar voor iedereen die mij het vertrouwen geeft om onderdeel te mogen zijn van hun welzijnsreis. Jullie inspireren mij om mezelf steeds verder te ontwikkelen.

I’m sharing my beautiful friends event, Satrina is a kindred spirit and for those of you that are local I can highly recommend.

I know I’m always banging on about nervous systems, slowing down and finding moments of peace… but honestly, Satrina is one of those people who truly walks her talk. POV: your own therapist finally takes her own advice 😅

Today’s client was… me.
Brows tidied. A little self-care. A little Align. A little reminder that sometimes the smallest things help you feel more like yourself again.

I spend so much time encouraging other people to slow down, reconnect and fill their own cup… meanwhile I’m over here forgetting my own band wagon exists 🚂✨

iTOVi came out with Align today and honestly… fair enough.
Clean brows. Clear mind. Tiny confidence boost activated.
