After the festival on the camping and then helping a friend move house last weekend, my body was in serious need of some TLC 😅 Last couple of times I’ve gone for the wellness massage , but felt I needed something deeper today.
So went for the 105 minute (!) bodywork treatment from Vincent. And omg, I feel reborn 😇 There were moments when@I thought I don’t know if I can be as much of a pretzel as you want me to be, Vincent 😅🤣 But everything is back in place and suppler than ever 🙌🏻💪🏼🙏🏻

(And I’m once again asking myself the question, why don’t I do this more often?!? 🤪🤔🙃)

I stopped singing for years.

Lomi Lomi brought me home.

When it came time to create an online home for this work, I knew it couldn’t be just a website. I wanted it to feel like the space before you walk into the treatment room—warm, unhurried, already holding you.

Anam is the Irish word for soul.
Aloha is the Hawaiian word for love and the breath of life.

Two islands. Two cultures that have profoundly shaped my path. One name, and one practice, that helped me find my way back to myself... and eventually, back to my voice.

The words on this website are mine, woven together with the Irish language that has become a way of reconnecting with my roots. The ceol an anama—the music of the soul—that flows through a session alongside my hands is mine too.

Bringing that feeling to life online would never have been possible without the incredible talent of . I’m deeply grateful for her intuition, creativity and eye for design. She somehow managed to capture not just what I do, but the feeling of what I hope people experience when they arrive.

I hope you can feel it, even before you book.

Tar abhaile. Come home. 🌿
