Three events. Hundreds of conversations. And one insight that came up again and again.

Over the past few weeks, we've had the pleasure of attending Europe in Amsterdam, Health Tech Festival in Oslo, and HIMSS Europe in Copenhagen.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared their challenges, asked questions, and exchanged ideas with us. And a huge thanks to Health Tech.

One theme stood out across all three events.

There is a lot of excitement around AI and emerging healthcare technologies—and rightly so. The potential is enormous.

👉 But in many conversations, the discussion quickly returned to a more familiar challenge: Implementation.

Because even the most advanced technology only creates value if it can be successfully adopted in everyday practice.

That means:
• Simple and intuitive user experiences
• Minimal training requirements
• Workflows that fit naturally into daily care
• Effective change management and staff engagement

The technology itself is only part of the equation. Making it easy for care teams to use—and easy for organisations to implement—remains just as important.

These conversations reinforced something we've believed for a long time: simplicity matters.
