Namaste 🙏

I'm Trond from Norway. For the last 13 years, I've been travelling to India, the land of Yoga, the spiritual capital of the world. I've been learning from Yogis, Sadhus, munks and many different spiritual people. I've studied yoga since 2011 and I've completed the advanced RYS500 hours Yoga Teacher Training (YTT). I went to yoga schools in Rishikesh and Mysore, I lived in several different ashrams and had the honour of visiting special places of great Gurus and Saints. I have run humanitarian projects in four different states. I bring with me authentic Indian Yoga. It's for all levels , taught in English. Just message me if you want a session

Authentic yoga teaches us how to live. It's not just stretching and exercises. When you practice the whole eight fold path of yoga. You will be successful. These are the first 6 steps before meditation (the 7th step):

Behavioral alignment (Yama)
Reduces internal friction. Less mental noise from conflict, impulsivity, and reactive patterns.
Personal discipline (Niyama)
Builds consistency. Without this, meditation becomes irregular and ineffective.
Physical stability (Asana)
Enables stillness without discomfort. If the body is unstable, attention will follow.
Breath regulation (Pranayama)
Directly impacts the nervous system. Slower, controlled breathing shifts the body out of stress-driven states — a prerequisite for sustained attention.
Sensory regulation (Pratyahara)
Trains the ability to disengage from external distractions. In modern terms: reducing cognitive overload.
Focused attention (Dharana)
This is essentially “pre-meditation.” Training the mind to stay on a single point
