The second day of our shamanic workshop ”See, Let Go, Remember the Gifts” - part 2 of our Medicine Wheel, The Circle of Light - is about to begin here at Løken Gård. ❤️🎶 Yesterday was a beautiful day in Ayni (reciprocity) with nature and the universe. ❤️✨ We were supported by light beings from Pluto, superheavy rainfall, thunder and a strong wind in our deep cleansing of earlier life times and 7 generations back on mother’s and father’s sides. So grateful for all the wisdom and help that is coming in from the universe to open up for a deeper remembrance of our gifts that we have come here to share. 🙏✨ Excited about what the next three days will bring! This is just the start of yet another magical journey with a full group of lovely participants. 🙏❤️

Picaflor Life Energy's program for the autumn is ready and we're SO happy to announce that we will start giving our courses and events in our NEW COURSE ROOM in the barn in the autumn! ❤🎶✨🙏❤ And it's not only the course room that is new. For the first time we will share Maria's new Qigong method, HEYO Qigong -Heaven-Earth-You-One-, in a weekend course 19-20 September! ❤🎶 During the autumn there will be many opportunities to join us in Shamanic Workshops, Gong Meditations, Qi Gong Courses/Sessions, Qigong- and Gong Meditation Events. A warm thanks to all of you who came to Bjørn’s Gong Bath/Concert yesterday evening in The Blue Mountain Hall in Oldedalen. 🙏❤️🎶 And a warm thanks to Johanne and Frank at Blue Mountain Yoga for hosting the event. 🙏❤️

Infinitely grateful for the last four days’ soul journeying in Oldedalen through our Ñustas Karpay Workshop. ❤️🙏❤️ The energy frequencies of the Ñustas princesses come with softness, beauty and love. And these days have indeed been soft, beautiful and filled with love and blessings from the universe. Through Gong initiations, Qigong initiations, ceremonies by the water outdoors, a Despacho ceremony and walks in nature we have explored our inner nature, released blockings and dreamed our new future into being. The second day when we gave the rite of Doña Mujia by the water and everybody had blown their wishes into a rose, received the energy frequencies of Doña Mujia and given the rose to the water, it started snowing. 🙏❤️❄️ In the Q’ero tradition, snow flakes are heaven’s answer to our wishes that we send out in the universe. 🙏❤️❄️ And the same thing happened when we gave the Heart Despacho, into which we had blown our wishes, to the water - snow flakes started falling. ❄️❤️🙏 When we came here to Oldedalen, everything was spring green. Then we woke up to snow covered trees and ground, and now it’s all green again. A warm thanks to all of you beautiful souls who shared these days with us, to our dear co-creator Sanna at SannaYoga who decorated our space so beautifully together with her daughter, and to Johanne and Frank at Blue Mountain Yoga for inviting us, and to Frank for cooking delicious food for us. ❤️🙏❤️

Good morning from Oldedalen, Vestlandet! ☀️ All is set for our Ñustas Karpay Workshop that starts at 1 o clock today. ❤️🎶 Bjørn and I and our co-creator Sanna and her daughter Matilda came here yesterday to settle in and prepare the course room, the beautiful Blue Mountain Hall, and were greeted by a soft spring rain. 💦🙏 The Ñustas princesses have a very strong connection to the water and the mountains so we felt their warm welcome. 🙏❤️🌈 We’re happy to be here at Blue Mountain Yoga again. ❤️

Grateful for a beautiful evening yesterday at Be Yoga Studio in Lørenskog where we gave a guided Gong Meditation. ❤️ A warm thanks to all of you beautiful souls who joined us, and to Jannice Strand for inviting us, and to Arne for helping us carry all the instruments and gong stands. ❤️🙏❤️ We’re looking forward to coming back in the autumn. ✨🎶
