Experience whitewater rafting in Sjoa, camping and sauna at our raft / kayak base in Heidal or join us kayaking in central Oslo on our famous Akerselva River packraft / kayak tour and Oslofjord tour! We are perhaps best known for our fantastic Akerselva River Tour that takes you through the heart of Oslo, past the Oslo Opera House and Munch Museum, and out onto the wonderful Oslo Fjord. We have m

ultiple locations throughout central Oslo (Tjuvholmen, Lysaker, Sukkerbiten, and Bjørvika) where we provide våttkort sea kayaking courses, SUP rentals, & kayak tours on Oslo Fjord - anything kayak, sauna or SUP related, we got your back! We also run river kayaking courses and tours in one of the worlds most famous whitewater kayaking destinations, Sjoa - 3.5hrs north of Oslo on the E6. We have a beautiful base up there, where we offer camping, sauna, ice bathing and whitewater paddling activities. We are also currently establishing paddling & sauna bases in Tønsberg and Moss (two beautiful paddling & waterside sauna destinations, only a 1.5hr train ride south from central Oslo), where we will run courses, provide rentals, and offer floating sauna expereinces. Few things in life match the feeling of freedom you get out on the water or taking a hot sauna and cold plunge during the winter - join us and see for yourself! Maaaeeeeehh!

Yesterday we took Martin kayaking on the top section of the Sjoa Playrun (Bridge to Bridge) and once we got to Harlaug bridge he jumped in a packraft for the main grade 3 section finishing at our river base! What a trip it was! Whatever your skill level we can find a suitable river section for you - just get in touch! ✨🛶🌊🐐🎉
