Years of foot pain. No clear answer. 🤔

After helping this patient solve a stubborn shoulder problem, they came back with the next challenge!

Dynamometer testing showed:
45% weakness 😲 in big toe strength, alongside pain around the sesamoid bones.

Rehab plan started. Now we wait and see what happens… 👀

What a summer it's been so far! ☀️

We've welcomed our beautiful baby into the family, and thankfully Mum and baby are both doing really well. Thank you to everyone who sent kind messages and congratulations, it genuinely meant a lot to us.

The clinic has also reached 100 Google reviews, which is an incredible milestone. Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their care and taken the time to leave a review. Your support means everything.

I'll be back in the clinic a little next week before returning full-time. There are only a handful of appointments left over the next four weeks, so if you've been thinking about booking in, now's a great time.

If you need to be seen sooner, Vyga has availability. We work closely together, so you can be confident you'll be well looked after.

One of my patients is currently taking on the Transcontinental Race 🚴🌍

Riding from Trondheim 🇳🇴 all the way to Kalamata 🇬🇷 around 4,000 km across Europe. Over 10 days in, he's been riding 20–21 hours a day, grabbing just a few hours of sleep before doing it all again.

It's hard to comprehend the physical and mental resilience these athletes have.

I love helping everyone from weekend warriors to elite athletes, but following adventures like this is something else. Good luck for the final push! 💪
