For a long time, I didn’t talk publicly about what I was building behind the scenes.
Most people saw me working with biomechanics, movement, running, strength, pain, posture, breathing, and performance…
but very few people knew what was happening after work hours.

For the last years, I became almost obsessed with one question:

“How do you create better continuity for people between sessions?”

Not just better exercises.
Not more information.
Not another generic fitness platform.

But something that actually helps people:
- understand their body better,
- stay connected to the process,
- feel less lost between sessions,
- and have more structure, guidance, and clarity.

Because honestly, one of the biggest things I kept seeing was this:

People leave a session motivated…
and then a few days later:
- they forget details,
- become unsure,
- lose structure,
- stop understanding why they’re doing certain things,
- or feel like they’re left alone again.

That bothered me for a long time.

So I started building something.

The funny part is:
I’m not a software engineer.

Everything started from pure curiosity.

At first I honestly had no idea what I was doing.

There were nights where I spent hours trying to understand things that probably take developers 10 minutes.
Moments where everything broke.
Moments where I thought:
“What the hell am I even doing?”

I rebuilt parts of the system over and over again.
Learned things I never imagined I’d learn.
Made endless mistakes.
Hit walls constantly.
Had days where nothing worked.
And many times I genuinely felt frustrated enough to quit the whole thing.

But little by little, things started becoming real.

And today I finally launched the new version of:

www.biomechanicscenter.no

One of the things I’m most excited about is the Client Portal.

The portal was created to make the whole process feel more connected and easier to follow — not only during a session, but also between sessions.

Clients can now:
- access their exercise programs directly from their phone,
- review explanations and guidance,
- track progress,
- receive follow-up structure,
- stay connected to their plan,
- see session continuity,
- and better understand what we are actually working on and why.

The goal was never to create a “high-tech” system just for the sake of technology.

The goal was to create something more human.

Something that reduces confusion.
Something that improves continuity.
Something that supports people outside the clinic too.

And honestly… this is still only the beginning.

There’s still a lot I want to improve, rebuild, simplify, and evolve over time.

But I also wanted to share this because maybe someone else out there has an idea they keep postponing because it feels “too difficult” or “impossible”.

I’ve learned that curiosity, persistence, and willingness to look stupid while learning can take you much further than you think.

Anyway —
the new website is finally live.

If you’re curious, feel free to explore it:

Sunday loop around Mosvatnet 🌧️🏃‍♂️

This was our first run as a group. And honestly, I’m really happy we did it.

People came from different circles. Some are my clients, some are friends, some came with their husband or wife. Many of you didn’t know each other before today. But you showed up, ran side by side, talked, laughed a bit. And that’s how it starts.

For some, this was the very first run. For others, just the first time joining something like this. Either way, it takes a bit of courage to show up. I respect that.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or more experienced. No one has to prove anything here. You just come as you are and move.

Would be great to see you next Sunday again 🙌
And if you feel like someone you know could enjoy this, bring them. They’re always welcome.

Hi everyone,

This Sunday I’m inviting you to join me for an easy jogging session around Mosvatnet in Stavanger.

We’ll meet at 12:00 next to the swimming pool. The session will be light and relaxed, and together with a short warm-up it will last around 30 to 35 minutes.

This is not about pushing hard. It’s about moving, breathing, getting outside, and starting Sunday in a good way. I hope it can become a small and positive Sunday tradition for you as well.

If you’d like to join, please let me know. It would be really nice to see you there. And if you have any questions, just send me a message.

🏌️‍♂️✨ Swinging into a new hobby! A few months ago, I decided to take on golf, and let me tell you, it's a journey of persistence and gradual progress. Today, I'm sharing a quick clip from my practice at the golf course ranges (check out the video!). Each swing brings a little improvement, and while I’m still far from a perfect swing, it’s thrilling to see the progress unfold! 🌟

As a physiotherapist, I constantly emphasize to my clients that consistent practice is key to mastering any skill, and golf is no exception. Each session, no matter how small the progress, adds up to significant improvements over time. Just like in life, sticking with it and embracing the process leads to rewarding results.

Here's to celebrating the small wins and staying patient and persistent! Remember, every master was once a beginner. I still have a long way to go, but I’m enjoying every step of the journey! 🌱

🎄 Merry Christmas everyone! Today, I decided to embark on a cross-country skiing adventure. The weather was a delightful mix of sunny patches and gentle snowstorms, perfect for skiing. The winter landscapes were breathtaking. I took it easy, gliding at a leisurely pace and occasionally stopping to capture some beautiful photos and videos. Managed to cover almost 13 km - not bad for a Christmas day! Now, back at the mountain cabin, eagerly awaiting the evening. I'll be heading to the airport to pick up my family flying in from Lithuania later tonight. Hope your Christmas is as joyful and fulfilling as mine! ❄️🎿 "
