चुनाब एक प्रतिस्प्रद्धा हो! चुनाव भनेको मतदाताको मत प्राप्त गरेर जित्ने हो! साथै, चुनाब एक प्रक्रिया पनी हो!

डा. अरुणको सन्दर्भमा प्रक्रिया पुग्यो वा पुगेन त्यो मलाई जानकारी भएन। डिजिटल माध्यम प्रयोग गरेर सजिलो बनाउनुको सट्टा, ना-ना थरीको नियमले डाक्टरहरूको निर्वाचनमा साना-साना प्रक्रियागत त्रुटिलाई ठूलो मुद्दा बनाएर कसैलाई निर्वाचन प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुनबाट वञ्चित गर्नु कदापि उचित हुँदैन।!

प्रक्रिया पूरा गरी निवेदन दिएका जो-सुकै पनि उम्मेदवार बन्न पाउनुपर्छ। समावेशी भएर फरक-फरक विचारलाई एकै ठाउँमा राखेर लोकतन्त्रको अभ्यास गर्दै अगाडी बढ्न छोडेर, नियतबस कठिनाइ थप्दै कसैलाई यसरी प्रतिस्पर्धाबाटै निषेध गर्न लागेको हो भने त्यस व्यवस्थालाई निषेधको राजनीति भन्छन।

संसार अगाडि बढिरहेको छ, NMA उल्टो पछाडि हिँड्दै छ! के लोकतन्त्र भनेको प्यानल बनाएर झगडा र जालसाजी गर्ने ठाउँ हो? कि सही व्यक्तिलाई सही ठाउँमा पुगाउने संस्था हो?

याद राख्नुस! प्यानल प्रथा तोड्ने तपाईको vote ले हो!

सा-साना प्रक्रियागत त्रुटिलाई ठूलो मुद्दा बनाएर कसैलाई निर्वाचन प्रक्रियामा सहभागी हुनबाट वञ्चित नै गर्नु अरुको खुट्टा तानेर आफू अगाडि बढ्न खोज्ने प्रवृत्ति हो।

यो हाम्रो राष्ट्रिय रोग हो र यस्तो प्रवृत्तिको म खुलेर विरोध गर्न चाहन्छु।

A kidney biopsy is performed to diagnose the cause of a suspected kidney problem when other tests like blood and urine analysis are not conclusive.

Biopsy helps identify the specific type of kidney disease and develop the most appropriate treatment plan by examining a small tissue sample from the kidney under a microscope.

This is especially important when there are signs of abnormal kidney function, like persistent blood or excessive protein in the urine, or when monitoring a transplanted kidney for rejection.
