उद्घाटन समारोहमा कोशी प्रदेश सरकारका स्वास्थ्य मन्त्री माननीय मानबहादुर लिम्बु तथा वरिष्ठ प्लास्टिक तथा पुनर्निर्माण शल्यचिकित्सक प्रा. डा. शंकर मान राई को गरिमामय उपस्थितिमा Burn Unit सेवाको उद्घाटन गरिएको हो।
