हाल बालबालिकामा पेट दुख्ने समस्या एकदम देखि राखेको छ। यो हुने धेरैजसो सामान्य कारणहरु :
Common causes of abdominal pain in children:

१) पखाला र
Gastroenteritis (पेटमा संक्रमण )

-Diarrhoea is common these days because of poor hygiene , unhealthy food.

पेट दुख्ने , vomit आउने र पखाला लाग्ने समस्या हालको समयमा एकदम देखिरहेका छन।

२) पिसाबमा संक्रमण (UTI)
३) APD (मानिसले भन्ने शब्दमा " ग्यास्ट्रिक" )
४) food poisoning (खाना विषाक्तता
५) Hepatitis ( कलेजोमा संक्रमण / कलेजो सुन्नेको , जन्डिस)
६) Constipation ( कब्जियत)
७) Functional pain
८) Mesenteric Lymphadenitis ( आन्द्रामा लिम्फ नोड सुन्नेको )
९) घाँटीको संक्रमणले (Pharyngitis) पनि पेट दुख्न सक्छ
१०) Appendicitis ( एपेन्डिसाइटिस)

मेरो बच्चालाई कति समय मोबाईल /टिभी (screen time) देखाउने ?

-2 बर्ष मुनिका बालबालिकालाई आफन्तसँग कहिलेकाहीँ भिडियो कल गर्ने अपवाद बाहेक कुनै पनि प्रकारको स्क्रिनको सम्पर्कमा आउनु हुँदैन।
- 2 र 5 वर्ष बीचका बच्चाहरूको लागि स्क्रिन समय 1 घण्टा भन्दा बढी हुनु हुँदैन; कम, राम्रो।
- ठूला बच्चाहरू र किशोरहरूका लागि, समग्र विकासको लागि आवश्यक अन्य गतिविधिहरूसँग स्क्रिन समयलाई सन्तुलनमा राख्न महत्त्वपूर्ण छ।

What should you know about Nipah virus?

Nipah virus is a rare but serious disease. It can spread from animals like bats or pigs to people. It can also spread through contaminated fruits or fruit products. Sometimes, it can spread from one person to another. Most outbreaks are small and can be controlled.

What are the symptoms of Nipah virus?
⏱️ Symptoms usually appear 3 to 14 days after exposure, often within a week.
🔍 Finding the illness early and getting tested quickly can help lower the risk of death.

How can you protect yourself?
🦠 There is no specific medicine or vaccine for Nipah virus yet.
⏱️ Early diagnosis and proper supportive treatment can greatly improve recovery.

Remember: Simple daily precautions, like good hygiene and safe food practices, can help prevent infection.



निपा भाइरस (Nipah Virus) बारे जान्नै पर्ने कुराहरू
निपा भाइरस एउटा दुर्लभ तर गम्भीर प्रकारको रोग हो। यो मुख्यतया:
* जनावरबाट मानिसमा: विशेषगरी चमेरो वा सुँगुरबाट सर्छ।
* दूषित फलफूल: चमेरोले टोकेका वा जुठो हालेका फलफूल खाँदा सर्छ।
* मानिसबाट मानिसमा: संक्रमित व्यक्तिको नजिकको सम्पर्कबाट पनि यो सर्न सक्छ।
> राम्रो पक्ष: यसको संक्रमण प्रायः साना क्षेत्रमा मात्र देखिन्छ र यसलाई नियन्त्रण गर्न सकिन्छ।

निपा भाइरसका लक्षणहरू के-के हुन्?
* समय: भाइरसको सम्पर्कमा आएको ३ देखि १४ दिन भित्र लक्षणहरू देखिन थाल्छन्।
* सजगता: ज्यान जोगाउनका लागि रोगको समयमै पहिचान र परीक्षण हुनु अत्यन्तै जरुरी छ।
आफूलाई कसरी सुरक्षित राख्ने?
१. उपचार: हालसम्म मानिस वा जनावरका लागि यसको कुनै विशेष औषधि वा खोप बनेको छैन।
२. हेरचाह: समयमै रोग पत्ता लगाएर उचित स्वास्थ्य सेवा (Supportive Care) पाएमा निको हुने सम्भावना बढ्छ।
३. रोकथाम: सरसफाइ र सावधानी जस्ता सामान्य कुराहरूले पनि यो संक्रमणबाट बच्न मद्दत गर्छन्।
सम्झनुहोस्: फलफूल राम्ररी धोएर मात्र खाने र बिरामी जनावर वा मानिसबाट टाढै रहनु नै उत्तम उपाय हो।
