1.Staff Nurse
About the Role:
The role requires an active, alert, and responsible individual who is committed to providing compassionate, caring, polite, and honest patient care. The ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong team spirit, maintain a professional attitude, and be willing to understand, embrace, and uphold the values, standards, and service expectations of Bharosa Hospital.
Qualifications:
• PCL/BSC/BN in Nursing
• Valid registration with the Nepal Nursing Council (NNC)
• Strong clinical and communication skills

2.Certified Medical Assistant/Health Assistant(CMA/HA)
Qualifications:
• Must have a valid CMA/HA certification from a recognized institution.
• Basic Computer Knowledge
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

3.Lab Technician(CMLT)
Qualifications:
• Certificate Level in Medical Laboratory Technician (CMLT)
• Proficient in laboratory testing, sample collection, and analysis.
• Skilled in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
• Basic computer skills.

4.Cashier/Receptionist
Qualifications:
• 10+2 Level or higher.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills (mandatory).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
