🇳🇵 नेपालमा Laron Syndrome को पहिलो रिपोर्ट

हाम्रो अनुसन्धान “Laron Syndrome” सम्बन्धी केस रिपोर्टका रूपमा प्रकाशित भएको जानकारी साझा गर्न पाउँदा अत्यन्तै खुशी र गौरवान्वित छु।

Laron Syndrome एक दुर्लभ आनुवंशिक अवस्था हो, जसमा शरीरले Growth Hormone लाई प्रभावकारी रूपमा प्रयोग गर्न नसक्दा गम्भीर रूपमा उचाइ वृद्धि अवरुद्ध हुन्छ। सामान्यतः Growth Hormone उच्च भए पनि IGF-1 कम देखिन सक्छ।

नेपालमा यस्तो दुर्लभ अवस्थाको पहिचान र दस्तावेजीकरणले असामान्य रूपमा कम उचाइ भएका बालबालिकाको सही निदानतर्फ चिकित्सकहरूको ध्यान आकर्षित गर्न महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका खेल्नेछ।
