A journey of recovery in motion.
Don't ignore recurrent ankle sprains.
Repeated injuries can result in chronic instability and Osteochondral Defects (OCD) of the talus. When cartilage damage occurs, recovery is often more challenging and outcomes may not be as favorable.
Treat instability before it damages the joint.

It is my pleasure and privilege to bring the Steps2Walk Program to Nepal. Through this initiative, underprivileged patients suffering from complex foot and ankle deformities received free surgical treatment, helping restore mobility and improve their quality of life.
This humanitarian mission was made possible with the generous support of Nepal Mediciti Hospital, whose commitment to patient care and community service played a vital role in the success of the program.
Over the past few days, it has been inspiring to witness international and national foot and ankle surgeons working together, sharing knowledge, training young surgeons, and most importantly transforming the lives of deserving patients.
I am grateful to all the faculty members, volunteers, hospital staff, and supporters who contributed to making this mission a success.
Together, we are taking steps toward better foot and ankle care in Nepal.
