patient had multiple place referal for requirement of vascular consultation

open fracture GA type IIIC ( posterior tibial artery injury)

emmergency hemostasis mentained and planned for surgery

wound debridement
PTA Anastosis using loop
ex fixator (delta fixator) applied
flap reconstructive coverage of wound was done
