🫀 BLS & First Aid Training Program

आजको समयमा आपतकालीन अवस्थामा सही समयमा सही कदम चाल्न सक्नु जीवन बचाउने महत्वपूर्ण सीप हो। BLS (Basic Life Support) तालिमले cardiac arrest जस्ता जीवन जोखिमपूर्ण अवस्थामा CPR, chest compression, rescue breathing/ventilation, AED को प्रयोग तथा choking management जस्ता आधारभूत जीवनरक्षक सीप सिकाउँछ।

First Aid Training मार्फत चोटपटक, रक्तस्राव, जलन, बेहोस हुने अवस्था तथा अन्य आकस्मिक समस्यामा प्रारम्भिक सहायता कसरी दिने भन्ने व्यावहारिक ज्ञान प्राप्त गर्न सकिन्छ। BLS र First Aid अलग-अलग सीपका क्षेत्र हुन्, तर दुवैले आपतकालीन अवस्थामा छिटो र सुरक्षित प्रतिक्रिया दिन सक्षम बनाउँछन्।

यस तालिममा सैद्धान्तिक ज्ञानसँगै hands-on practical practice मा जोड दिइन्छ, जसले सहभागीलाई वास्तविक आपतकालीन परिस्थितिमा आत्मविश्वासका साथ प्रतिक्रिया दिन मद्दत गर्छ।
