*GACOPA Monthly Update: Key Activities & Progress – May 2025*

Here is a roundup of key global activities that reflect our profession’s continued growth and unity this month:
🇺🇸 *USA:* The AAPA 2025 National Conference concluded successfully in Denver, Colorado. The next conference will be hosted in New Orleans in 2026.
🇸🇸 *South Sudan*: The Association of Clinical Officers South Sudan (ACOSS) is being launched today at the Juba Institute of Health Sciences. Congratulations to President Michael Atem, and Vice President Samuel Omwony, and Patron Dr. Ayii Isaac.
🇳🇵 *Nepal*: The Nepal Health Assistant Association participated in the Nepal Public Health Conference 2025 in Kathmandu, focusing on pressing health system reforms under Nepal’s federal structure.
🇬🇧 *UK:* The PA Schools Council convened the 2025 PA Educators Conference at Ulster University, Derry–Londonderry,Northern Ireland bringing together educators from across the UK and beyond.
