On an outer level, Yellow Tara protects us from poverty and the fear of losing possessions, loved ones, or even our lives. She also ensures our swift training in the ten virtuous deeds

Tara Phakmé Nönma has the color of darkness and a fierce facial expression. She holds a kilaya (dagger) with her two hands at her heart centre. Wrathful Tara protects us against negative influences caused by evil spells and curses, black magic, demons, and negative forces.
