I don’t believe life is about becoming someone else. I believe it’s about becoming more of who you truly are.

Medicine taught me compassion. Fitness taught me discipline. Life taught me resilience.

Some days I save lives. Some days I study. Some days I lead. Some days I fail. And some days, the greatest victory is simply showing up when no one is watching.

I don’t chase perfection. I chase growth.

I believe strength is built quietlyin early mornings, in difficult choices, in keeping your word to yourself, and in standing back up after life knocks you down.

If my journey inspires even one person to take better care of their body, strengthen their mind, or believe in themselves again, then every step has been worthwhile.

No pushing to failure.
No ego lifting.

Just giving my body the recovery it deserves so I can come back stronger, healthier, and more consistent.

Progress isn’t only built during hard training , it’s built during recovery too.
