тП▒я╕П Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (As soon as possible to February 28, 2027)
ЁЯОУ Key Qualifications & Requirements:
ЁЯОУ Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, Commerce, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant discipline (Master's preferred).
ЁЯТ╝ Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts, preferably in humanitarian and development contexts.
ЁЯТб Skills & Knowledge:
ЁЯФ╣ Hands-on experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Navision) and Advanced Excel.
ЁЯФ╣ Sound knowledge of accounting, taxation, financial compliance, and donor frameworks.
ЁЯФ╣ Strong data analysis, budget monitoring, and risk management skills.
ЁЯФ╣ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
ЁЯУЛ Key Responsibilities:
ЁЯФ╣ Process payments, monitor budgets/expenditures, and maintain accurate financial records.
ЁЯФ╣ Support budget holders with regular monitoring, cash flow forecasting, and financial reporting.
ЁЯФ╣ Ensure compliance with institutional donor guidelines, audit requirements, and HI standards.
ЁЯФ╣ Conduct financial capacity analysis for partner organizations and verify settlement advances.
