Sometimes I catch myself getting pulled into the pace of social media — the outfits, the bags, the jewelry, the wanting to arrive somewhere now. It’s seductive because it’s fast, visible, countable. But the path I’ve actually chosen for myself doesn’t work that way. It asks for patience, for years of unglamorous effort that no one is watching. There’s no like button for a session that quietly helped someone shift something in their life. The impact is real, but it’s slow, and most days even I can’t see it happening. I’m learning to trust that the invisible kind of building is still building maybe the kind that lasts.
