Psychosocial Counselors in Nepal - please be careful in using "grounding" as well as an integral part of PFA (Psychological First Aid) to Rasuwa flood victims - right now I don't think that it is appropriate to use it without checking with the clients whether they feel safe enough in their body or not !!! When the environment is unsafe how could you ask your clients to focus on body ??? Perhaps being limited to look, listen and link is appropriate ! Not forcing to speak is also important !! and silence is important too !!!
