Supporting children's mental health means giving them practical tools, too.

As more children and adolescents seek support for managing anger, our Ankur Counseling Center is responding with practical resources. Their new Anger Management booklet helps young people understand anger, recognize warning signs, and learn healthy ways to respond when emotions feel overwhelming. Because understanding our emotions is an important part of growing up.
