MHS provides primary care services at a patient’s home for those patients with limited mobility or other issues that prevent them from getting to their physician’s office. Additionally, our clinicians provide post-acute follow up visits which can help reduce the potential hospital readmissions. Our vision is to deliver hospital-quality healthcare in the comfort of your home resultantly prolonging longer home, saving money and giving peace of mind.
